Day 01 :

Marrakech → Atlas Mountains → Ait Ben Haddou → Ouarzazate → Zagora

Journey from the Red City to the Gateway of the Sahara

Your desert adventure begins as we depart Marrakech, crossing the majestic High Atlas Mountains via the winding Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m). Descend through the scenic Ounila Valley, where rugged cliffs and ancient Berber villages set the tone for the day.

Highlights of the Day:

Telouet Kasbah – Explore this crumbling 19th-century fortress, once a powerful Glaoui dynasty stronghold.
Ait Ben Haddou – Walk through Morocco’s most famous UNESCO-listed ksar, a backdrop for films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones (guided tour included).
Ouarzazate – Optional visit to Atlas Film Studios, the "Hollywood of Africa," where epic movies were filmed.
Draa Valley – Follow the lush palm groves and mud-brick villages along Morocco’s longest river.

Night in Zagora – Relax in a comfortable hotel with a delicious included dinner, preparing for tomorrow’s desert immersion.

Day 02 :

Zagora → Tamegroute → M’Hamid → Chegaga Dunes (Off-Road Adventure & Camel Sunset Trek)

After breakfast in Zagora, we set off deeper into the desert, where the real adventure begins!

Highlights of the Day:

Tamegroute Visit – Discover the historic village known for its green pottery and ancient Quranic library (one of Morocco’s oldest!).
Off-Road Desert Expedition – Leave civilization behind in M’Hamid, where the asphalt ends and the wild Sahara begins. Buckle up for an exhilarating 4x4 ride through:

Arid plateaus and dried-up riverbeds (wadis).
Mini-dune seas, a teaser before the grand Chegaga dunes.
Sunset Camel Trek – Arrive at our luxury desert camp by 4 PM, then mount a camel for a serene ride across the golden dunes as the sun sets.
Magical Desert Night – Sip traditional mint tea, feast on a Berber-style dinner, and gather around the fire for live Gnawa music under a sky ablaze with stars.

Overnight in a private Berber-style tent (with comfortable bedding) at our exclusive Chegaga camp—where silence and vastness redefine tranquility.

Day 03 :

Chegaga → Foum Zguid → Marrakech

Return to Civilization
Back to the Asphalt – Regain the paved road near Foum Zguid, marking the end of your desert adventure.
